A set of buildings consisting of the Commissioning Building, Workshops Building and Administration Building, totaling 5,416 m2 of built area, to address commissioning, testing and operation of new Metrô trains to be commissioned.

Services

Management services for the implementations of the project, as well as inspection and supervision of the works;
Development of the basic and detailed design for the structure and foundations of the buildings included in the project;

Technical coordination of the projects, encompassing architecture, structure, electricity, lightning protection system, sewage and storm water, hydraulic, HVAC, fire suppression, telephone and data communication, surveying, excavation and topography work.
